Hotel room was good and smelled amazing. The only down fall was that the bathtub wouldnt drain while taking a shower other than that it was good. Also the pool needed to be cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent stay in Brownsville, excellent staff!
A good option to stay while in Brownsville. Staff was super accommodating with our very late check in, which we truly appreciated.
Room was a bit outdated but they’re working on renovations so that was good to see. Regular bed was comfortable and clean. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but mattresses in sofa beds usually are, but everything was spotless.
Breakfast offerings could be better but decent enough. All in all it is a very convenient place to stay at. Once again, everyone on staff was amazing!

Didn't state limited availability of airport shuttle thus stranding me at the airport. Ended up not making it to the hotel and sleeping in a chair at the airport. Will be expecting a FULL hotel refund.
