Our stay at Park Hyatt Zanzibar was truly unforgettable. What a beautiful historic building, thoughtfully restored with an elegant blend of traditional Zanzibari charm and modern luxury, simply stunning. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with excellent amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring of Stone Town. The staff were professional, attentive, and exceptionally well-trained, consistently delivering warm and personalized hospitality. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The semi-buffet concept combined with an à la carte menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, all prepared to an excellent standard. The quality, presentation, and taste were superb.

The hotel is beautiful. It is located at the heart of Stone town. If you like luxury than this hotel is for you. I’m definitely going to go back. The food and the friendly staff made my stay extra special.

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to Stone Town. The hotel has a perfect view, right by the sea. The service is excellent. The hotel organizes walks in Stone Town, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to participate.

Right in the heart of Stone Town, you can go downstairs to the beach. There are fresh coconuts for breakfast, but they are not sweet enough. Haha, maybe the African coconuts are not the right variety, they don't feel sweet enough. The overall service facilities are good and meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
