The hotel is nestled right in the rainforest, which makes for fantastic photo opportunities. Its location is also excellent and convenient. Overall, everything was great, and the price was reasonable. The only downsides were that it's a bit humid inside the rainforest, so there was some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Also, since the rooms are wooden, the wind would occasionally cause the doors and windows to creak at night, which might not be ideal for light sleepers.

Although I booked a king-sized room with an 1.8m bed, there was an additional sofa bed already made up in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious, well-appointed with quality materials, and included a refrigerator – we were extremely satisfied. While the hotel isn't in the very center of Ubud, you can quickly reach the palace using Grab or a motorbike. The area around the palace can get very congested, so if you're traveling solo, a motorbike is recommended. Walking would take about half an hour. The hotel's thoughtful and attentive service exceeded our expectations. I give that full marks.

It is surrounded by lush, vibrant plantings that make the property feel like a serene, hidden jungle. We specifically loved that the resort embraces a traditional Balinese style rather than a sterile modern design. It felt wonderfully authentic. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the service throughout our stay was completely spontaneous and attentive. Stayed there with my two sons. The vibe was good and peaceful. Staffs are super friendly and made me feel like home. Highly recommended for family. My sons’ comments: also the swimming pool was very good i highly reccomend this hotel for small or large familys
