Chongqing Changshou Wyndham Hotel

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with not many amenities nearby. However, parking is very convenient, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and even provided two complimentary light meals in the evening. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear loud conversations from the next room past 10 PM, which affected my sleep. The front desk promptly moved me to a quieter room, so overall, it was still a good stay.

Easy parking and well-equipped rooms with friendly staff. The only downside is the inconvenience of dining options nearby.

The front desk helped us upgrade our room, which was spacious and had a great view. They even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers – highly recommended! The price didn't change even during the May Day holiday, which shows what a genuinely fair hotel this is. If they could just improve their hygiene standards a bit more, it would be absolutely perfect. Hope they continue to get better and better.

We arrived quite late, but the hotel upgraded our room, which thrilled the kids. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean. However, the breakfast clearing and cleaning service needs improvement. They only collected the trash from the table and offered to refill the napkins, which felt perfunctory. Their service awareness is a bit lacking. Keep it up! The presence of a makeup mirror in the room is a huge plus for women! So many thoughtful details!

The hotel is new, the beds are comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. They even include three meals a day and pick-up and drop-off. I would stay here again next time. The bathroom amenities are complete, the service is attentive and warm, and the food is delicious, even better if it's a little spicier.

The room was fantastic, exceeding my expectations; my girlfriend and I both loved it. There was also a complimentary lunch the next day, and the cashier at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite new, the overall environment is nice, and it's very clean. Since there aren't many amenities around the newly developed area, the complimentary evening buffet was quite good. One day, they even gave me a ride to my company, haha.

Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else was great. It was my first time staying at a hotel that included three meals a day, so I highly recommend it!

The service was indeed excellent; they even gave me a phone holder when I left. The hotel is a newly opened one in Changshou District, making it convenient for travel. I was just transiting through Chengdu this time. Sharing some beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou.
