Venice Hotel Phu Quoc - Free Airport Shuttle & Spa Inclusive

There are too few rooms with sea views, and with the ongoing renovation next door, the soundproofing is poor. No airport pick-up service is provided.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Every time I left, the staff would greet me, and the location was super convenient, just 10 minutes from the city center. However, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get a late check-out or early check-in.

This hotel is a work of art! The design is incredibly stylish, with painted walls and beautifully decorated rooms. It truly felt like we were in Italy. Every tile in the bathroom was a delight to look at. We only stayed for one night in a standard city-view room and were absolutely amazed by how wonderful our time there was. The soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning was comfortable (we even left it on overnight, which we usually don't do). The bathroom had high-quality shower amenities, which is quite rare. My problematic hair particularly appreciated the excellent hair conditioner. The hotel has two restaurants, Japanese and Italian. We went to the Japanese one and ordered sushi, which was delicious. We were the only guests, and it was a shame because the restaurant was so beautiful and atmospheric. The hotel also has a pool with a sea view and a bar, but we didn't get a chance to visit. We were able to book a free tour of Sunset Town; the driver took us around for 30 minutes and took photos. They also provided a complimentary airport transfer when we checked out. The hotel is located in the very center of the district, and if you get a high-floor room with a sea view, you can watch the fireworks. However, we arrived spontaneously, so those rooms were already booked. In my opinion, this hotel deserves a rating higher than 4 stars; we had such an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
