Mill Falls Resort Collection at the Lake

Mill Falls is a great hotel with the lake, pools, and restaurants right where you stay….no need to leave so much to do there!!! Cannot beat the Lake View!!!!

We loved our stay! We had a lakeview room. The gas fireplace was a nice treat on a rainy morning. Camp and Town Docks were both delicious with wonderful service. We enjoyed walking to the water and taking the nearby nature and sculpture trails. The adults only hot tubs/pool were much appreciated. I would happily stay there again.

The property is amazing. You have stores, restaurants right on site. Very convenient. Will definitely be going back!

The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.

Family friendly, convenient location with lots of choices of fun things to do. Looking forward to coming back again.

Although we went up during Laconia bike week 2026, the property was still maintained. It's a beautiful area up there in Meredith. The lake is so pretty. All the amenities and areas around the lake are well kept and maintained. It was quiet, our room had a balcony which looked right out onto the lake (the lake is across the street) I didn't get to use or enjoy the hot tub or the pool but it was beautiful. I wish we weren't so busy because I would have definitely used it. The only difficult part was finding where to check in and then where your building was that you actually stayed in because there's many buildings it's not just one spot. The buildings that the rooms are in are a little ways down the road from where you check in. But once you get to know the area it was pretty easy. I had a wonderful time and would definitely visit this place again.

Room was small and stuffy , called the front desk to ask for a fan and woman was a tad snippy , facilities and house keeping were phenomenal.. however front desk could use a little more personality.. hard to find vending and ice as not available on all floors and lots of extra charges for resort fees and double tax charges .. my check out was almost $100 more than expected..

Thank you, Lloyd, Jill, and Bobbie for a beautiful day and f you had any problems or needs I could call them and have it fixed. Luck I was not having any problems I did find my self loving every thing. I really loved the bedding everything was great beautiful and calming . Would not change a thing I will be telling all my friends about this place. Walked to ever place we wanted to eat, shop, or swim. Fantastic views. I am going again thanks for a great stay
