Dreamy Hong Kong! My child absolutely loved it here. The hotel offers excellent service and fantastic facilities, and the breakfast is superb. There's a scheduled shuttle service to the airport and MTR stations. This is definitely my top choice for Hong Kong. I'll be booking here again next time!

Booked this place for our last night in Hong Kong as it was right next to the airport and we could depart to the airport later since it was so close.
The hotel itself was beautiful I have no complaints about it. The hotel staff spoke perfect english and it seems every other guest here also spoke english.
Although it is separated from the main islands of Hong Kong about 30 min drive. It still has plenty of stuff around it. There are alot of restaurants surrounding the hotel and inside the hotel itself, and a 7/11 across the street if you need anything.
Hotel staff was amazing and amenities were also good. The gym was decked out and they also have a beautiful pool and locker room with showers and sauna inside.
They also offer bus service to take you to the airport which comes and goes every hour and takes about 15 minutes to get there.
The room we got was kind of small but very clean and cozy feeling so I didn’t mind at all it also comes with a giant window that does not open, and the bathroom was really nice with a good shower with super strong water pressure.
My only complaint is they do not have a washer/dryer area, but I was told they do offer laundry as a service.
Another complaint was the “Alexa/Simo” tablet in the room. It was nice that its voice activated and can automatically turn on and off the room lights but the light the tablet emits at night when you try and sleep can be bothersome and made it hard for us to sleep. I felt like it would randomly light up throughout the night for no reason.
I kind of wish this place was also located on the main islands as I feel they need nicer hotels in that area and I definitely would have booked if they were.
Overall really good stay and would definitely book again if I get another chance.

The room was clean and tidy, and the sea view room offered a spacious vista directly overlooking the ocean. We could even watch planes taking off as it's right across from the airport. The hotel breakfast was also good, especially the Chinese pastries, which our kids absolutely loved.

Traveling to Disneyland with my child, the hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the transportation was incredibly convenient. There's also a free shuttle bus right outside the hotel that goes to the MTR station and the airport. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive in their service. All in all, it's my go-to hotel every time I visit Hong Kong! A truly delightful experience. Plus, the view from the window was absolutely fantastic!

I booked this hotel to visit Disneyland. It's not far from Tung Chung MTR station, easily accessible on foot or by shuttle bus. The room was great and quite spacious. Since it was my birthday on check-in, they even surprised me with a small cake! The front desk service was very good and polite. The only downside was the midday shuttle bus. It was quite crowded, and a family behind us tried to communicate with the driver, but he refused to speak Mandarin, even after they said they didn't understand Cantonese. Thumbs down. I don't know why he was being so arrogant; it was very annoying.
