The room had a wonderful view with a stunning ocean view, and the facilities were also very good. The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from Tung Chung MTR station and the airport, which is very convenient.

Large hotel with excellent service. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as a shuttle service to the MRT station, which is very convenient. The bed was super soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. Highly recommended!

I booked Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel specifically because it has a kids' club. Jasmine and Amanda at the front desk were very welcoming, and Jasmine even showed me around the hotel layout and told me where I could watch the planes—super nice! The next day in the lobby, I met a handsome guy (I think from the bell desk, right next to the front desk) and asked him where to get water. He explained it to me in great detail. Since hotels in mainland China usually provide bottled water, it took me a moment to get used to using the water dispenser. When we got off the coach, a male staff member saw that my son was walking slowly and carried him down from the bus. Such heartwarming gestures! He looked like he was of mixed descent. Apart from the pillows being a bit too high for my liking, everything else about Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel was absolutely wonderful.

The shuttle bus service, shared with the adjacent Four Points hotel, is very convenient, with routes to both the airport and Tung Chung MTR station. Taking the bus from the hotel to Tung Chung and then the MTR to Disneyland takes about 30 minutes in total. For guests celebrating a birthday, the hotel prepares a small cake and offers an upgrade to a sea view room. However, for a 5-star hotel, putting a bit more effort into the small details would make it even better: 1) Please be more careful with the guest's surname when writing birthday cards; 2) Pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the sink; 3) While I'm not familiar with Hong Kong's environmental regulations for hotels, having to filter tap water ourselves to drink at a 5-star hotel is a major letdown... Providing glass-bottled water or water dispensers on each floor would be much better alternatives. All in all, the beds are very comfortable, which really helped melt away the fatigue from a full day at Disneyland~

The hotel's executive lounge is okay, but it is extremely small—truly just a tiny corner. However, what completely shocked me was finding an unopened condom right next to the room's trash can! Is this something that should ever happen in a five-star hotel?!
