This could be a fantastic resort. The room.we had was on the beach and was a fantastic location. We were able to sit peacefully in frpnt of our room and people watch having a fantastic view of the beach. The room was basic but clean It badly needed upgrading but I guess you get what you pay for and we did get it at a very reasonable price I suppose. The staff tried to speak english but had problems. The morale between the staff unfortunately seemed low and the waiting staff did did appear vety happy. Such a shame, money spent on training and upgrading would be well worth it as overall is could be a llovely resort.

Room is spacious, big bathroom with bathtub. Close to sea (windy, sound of waves, frogs at night) and near the pool. Not so quiet, since garden ppl are taking care of from 8am, better option is next to the pool. So sleeping longer wasn't an option if you don't have strong sleep or earbuds. No toothpaste/toothbrush. Beach towels replaced daily. Food is ok and normal price.

Incredible value for money! The location is great and in front of the best part of the beach. The pool was one of the cleanest on our trip to samui. The rooms are a little dated but are very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly. Points to note: The breakfast is not a buffet, you can choose from a selection of set menus. Staff have basic English however communication was ok. Overall, we had a great stay at this beautiful location.
