Hardanger Hotel

The location is excellent, boasting stunning views of Hardangerfjord. The rooms are also spacious enough. There's free parking available, and parking is plentiful this season. Breakfast was plentiful; although the room key stated breakfast was served from 8 am on weekends, the handsome receptionist informed us at check-in that breakfast was served from 6 am, knowing everyone was getting up early for the **rock hike—so thoughtful! It turned out that this energizing breakfast was crucial in getting us through the nearly 12-hour hike, which was sometimes rainy and sometimes sunny. The only slight drawback was that the facilities were a bit old, and the building looked somewhat dated.

The hotel I stayed at the night before climbing the Tongue of Tbilisi, the room faced the fjord, the location was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was the only one on this trip who was willing to use the microwave in the staff lounge to heat up food I bought from the supermarket. Good review.

The location is great, and I stayed two nights specifically to visit the Japanese city. The room was old and had few amenities, not even a hairdryer. The bathroom was smelly, the sink drain was noisy from the rain, and the exhaust didn't work. There were free tea bags and coffee in the lobby, but the coffee machine was broken and unusable. Breakfast was okay. Parking was available at the hotel entrance, but when it was full, it was parked up the slope behind the hotel.

The room was tiny, with only a bed, a table, and a chair. It was basically just for sleeping. Located in the town center, it's very convenient, close to supermarkets and restaurants. There's parking available in the open space in front, but spaces are limited and you'll have to be lucky. The hotel breakfast was really bad, mostly cold food.

The front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean, and has all the necessary facilities. It is very close to the city center and the bus terminal, with convenient transportation. It is a good choice for personal travel. In short, it is cost-effective.
