The villa room I stayed in was very new, with a private outdoor pool, a double vanity area, a sun shower and bathtub—everything you'd expect. They even thoughtfully provided internationally compatible wall sockets (not the Indonesian double round plugs) by the bedside. Breakfast can be delivered to your room (free) or you can opt for a floating service (for a fee, but very inexpensive). The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea; the selection isn't extensive, but the thought is appreciated. Due to the hotel's location, accessible only by two-wheeled motorcycles, they offer free shuttle service throughout the hotel's stay. This includes three locations: Ubud Central Parking, Ubud Palace, and Starbucks. You can communicate with the hotel anytime via WhatsApp, including about the shuttle service. One particularly commendable instance was when a sudden downpour at midday meant we were in a hurry. We WhatsApped the hotel to pick us up from the palace and provide raincoats.
