Centrally located. Good Customer service . Breakfast was just ok for foreigners, i think it is good for Chinese Travelers. Name plates of the food was not put properly. I wanted to have vegetables but ended up taking some pork or beef. I expect someone who can read and understand English to arrange the food Name plates. Communication is little time consuming as nobody speaks English and need translations. Other than that, very nice people abd service. I would come again but will not take Breakfast though 😁😁

The hotel enjoys a prime location with convenient transportation well equipped facilities, and clean tidy rooms making for a very comfortable stay front desk staff member team provided excellent warm service overall it was a great experience and definitely worth staying at

All the receptionists are exceptionally friendly. They helped me with restaurant reservations as I am not familiar with WeChat and various Didi and food recommendations. They also refill your water bottles upon request. The room soundproof are surprisingly good because even if we were at the main busy road, we could not hear any traffic

The room was clean. Lucy provided excellent and very warm service, even giving us a souvenir. I was very satisfied with the service, and the facilities are all new. It's located right on the pedestrian street, making it convenient to go anywhere.

The location is superb, right downstairs is the Beijing Road food and shopping area, and transportation is convenient with no detours. The hotel environment is clean, comfortable, and has a great ambiance. The whole room's hygiene standards are very high; the bedding is clean and dry, and the bathroom is sparkling clean. A special shout-out to Lucy for her gentle and patient attitude; she was very responsive to our needs.
