The hotel staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. They added us on WeChat and constantly checked if we needed anything extra during our stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable although a tad small. Food in Guangzhou is soOoooo goo

Location: You simply cannot beat the location. It’s a 10/10—close to everything you need and well-connected to public transport. Staff: The team here is a credit to the hotel. They were friendly, professional, and sorted a small issue for us immediately. Their customer service is top-notch. If you are looking for a convenient base with a human touch, this is the place.

Superb location just in the middle of pedestrian street, many food choices and mrt just next mall. Very helpful staff especially 腊梅 she helped us with room on same floor and gave us direction in GZ. Will stay again.

Great location and the front desk service was excellent – very satisfied. The room facilities were complete, comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The laundry room on the 30th floor was super convenient. Easy access to everything. Definitely worth staying!

Stayed at this hotel in Guangzhou. The hygiene was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Ms. Momo was particularly empathetic. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the pedestrian street. The room facilities are very modern, and the smart toilet was a great feature.
