This B&B is very close to Universal Studios. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and they even cleaned it on our second day of a two-night stay. They offer a free shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off. The village has various dining options like breakfast, hot pot, and stir-fried dishes, plus a convenient supermarket. You can also rent authentic Universal Studios wands here! The concierge, a lovely young lady, was incredibly enthusiastic and responsive; she'd appear instantly whenever we needed something. When we checked out in the morning, she even gave us complimentary bottled water. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Universal Studios.

As two girls, our stay here was absolutely perfect, and we highly recommend it! Our twin room was clean and comfortable, featuring a projector and a large bay window that let in amazing natural light – great for photos. The hotel offers wizard robes for rent, with a good selection and reasonable prices, which was super convenient for photoshoots at Universal. They provide a free shuttle to the park in the morning, saving both hassle and money. The front desk also offers free luggage storage after check-out, so you don't have to drag your bags around. In the evening, a staff member even helped us arrange a paid private car to take our luggage directly to Universal, saving us so much time – the service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, it's great value for money and a comfortable stay. If you're visiting Universal Studios, this is definitely the place to choose!

The hostess was incredibly kind. She usually finishes work at 11 PM, but since we weren't arriving until 11:30 PM, she waited for us and even helped us bring our luggage into the room. We were so touched!

The room was great, and the underfloor heating was very strong, so it wasn't cold at all. The customer service lady was really enthusiastic and accommodating. When I wasn't feeling well and needed a thermometer at past 10 PM, she brought it right away. The service was incredibly thoughtful! The homemade sandwich was delicious, and I even asked her for the recipe.

The room was spacious, the environment was lovely, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff, especially the young lady, provided outstanding service. It was a very pleasant stay overall!

The room was huge and incredibly clean!!! The stay was fantastic. The lady at the front desk was also super nice 🥲 My girlfriend forgot her makeup, and she even helped resolve the issue, which was really great.
