The room was great, and the underfloor heating was very strong, so it wasn't cold at all. The customer service lady was really enthusiastic and accommodating. When I wasn't feeling well and needed a thermometer at past 10 PM, she brought it right away. The service was incredibly thoughtful! The homemade sandwich was delicious, and I even asked her for the recipe.

The room was spacious, the environment was lovely, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff, especially the young lady, provided outstanding service. It was a very pleasant stay overall!

The hotel is close to Universal Studios, and there are shuttle buses to and from the park in the morning and evening, which you can book in advance. There are also restaurants near the hotel with long opening hours, which is very convenient. The hotel butler is very attentive. They contact guests in advance to provide information about the hotel and Universal Studios, and also offer items like clothes for rent. They even help with luggage at check-out, which is very welcoming. The room amenities are mostly complete, including disposable toiletries such as disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels, but there was no face towel. The housekeeping auntie was also very friendly and greeted us warmly.

Extremely close to Universal Studios, you can reach the guesthouse right off the highway. Parking is convenient, and the host had already communicated and arranged everything needed before check-in. We booked the entire courtyard, which was very affordable. Each room has its own bathroom, it's clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete, including a mahjong table. You can also cook and sing there.

The house itself is great, spacious, and the facilities are new, making it perfect for a group of friends. It creates a wonderful atmosphere for watching a movie and eating pizza together in the evening. The guesthouse offers incredibly comprehensive services; you can rent costumes and props, and they even provide luggage delivery, so you don't have to go back to the guesthouse to pick up your bags after leaving Universal Studios. Plus, the prices are very reasonable!
