The room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. The bed is very comfortable; it easily accommodates three people (parents and child), which we loved. The memory foam pillows were excellent, ensuring a sound sleep all night. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and my daughter especially enjoyed the chocolate croissants. The hotel also has plenty of parking spaces.

Excellent value for money. The staff were well-trained and very pleasant. Breakfast was satisfying, on par with a 5-star hotel. The bedding and linens were very clean and new, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool is small but acceptable, and while the fitness center is also small, it has all the necessary equipment, which was great. I will definitely come again.

Good and new hotel. Breakfast is great. Avoid staying at building 6 , there ‘s a live band performing everyday from 8pm to midnight. Very noisy. I couldn’t sleep so I mcalled front desk. They help us by giving 2 sets of earplugs .😂 . Say no to building 6&7. Building 2-4 is much better. The location of the hotel, yes it’s on the main road but no shops nearby. 7-11 is about 300-400 meters away. Overall, quite comfortable stay, good breakfast, just the noise of the live band and sleep after midnight.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast had a good variety. However, the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people walking outside the door. Overall, it was okay.

First off, when we arrived around 8 or 9 PM on the first day, we were assigned to building six. After checking in, someone drove us to our building in an electric cart and took us up to our room. Once inside, we found it incredibly noisy because our room was on the second floor, directly above a bar with outdoor seating and live singers. We called the front desk several times to complain, but to no avail. Finally, they told us to call back after a certain time. Eventually, the live singing stopped, but the music continued to play. I was so angry that I couldn't help but walk over to the front desk of building two and complain in person. They eventually arranged for us to stay in a family room for one night, then moved us back to a triple room the next day. I emphatically requested not to be placed in buildings six or seven again. The next morning, we packed our luggage, stored it in the lobby, and went out. When we returned, being moved to building two was a significant improvement. We stayed for a total of three nights. Aside from the unpleasant first day, the rest of the service was decent. There's a tuk-tuk service to the city center, always available and without time limits. They can also pick you up from designated spots to bring you back, which is a big plus 👍. However, the hotel complex itself feels like a school campus, with a large empty parking lot in front and no shops. If you want to buy something at night, you'll be out of luck. The breakfast was okay; the variety wasn't extensive, but it was acceptable. Though, some food items were cleared away before the scheduled time. The restaurant is quite large and can accommodate many people. The triple room was quite small; besides the beds, there wasn't even a chair. The cushions also had stains.

Seriously, the hotel hygiene needs attention. Our room was stuffy and damp, and there were even bugs. The walls and sofa cushions definitely need to be replaced or disinfected.

Great modern hotel in the busting Nimman area, full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Only walking distance to One Nimman and Maya, but if you prefer there is even free tuktuk service to and from the hotel. Hotel has all the amenities as advertised - gym, roof top pool with a pool side bar. Breakfast offers sufficient choices. Reception is well staffed, also offers luggage storage service. The hot pot restaurant next door is highly recommended. All in all very satisfied with the great value. Will definitely consider staying there again.

- The bedroom was tiny and very cramped; there was no room to even put down luggage without blocking the walk-way. - The room itself is starting to show its age. - Noise from the adjacent rooms and outside was extremely clear, making it impossible to sleep due to the disturbances. - The room lacked a chair or a desk, making it impossible to get any work done. - Staff didn't offer luggage assistance; I had to drag my own bags. - The breakfast selection was minimal, with hardly anything to eat, especially considering the price of 3,000 per night.
