KOMA Singapore

Koma is a staple located at Marina Bay Sands. The high end Japanese food (either a la carte or omakase) is a delight. I highly recommend everyone to try KOMA and I always go whenever I am in Singapore.

Our first experience at Koma was so good we returned for another meal for another special occasion shortly after.Firstly, you walk through the iconic entrance reminiscent of the vermillion torii gates at Fushimi Inari Shrine. Once you are in the dining area, you’re greeted by the huge bell overlooking the japanese footbridge which is a really lovely photo spot. The dramatic high ceilings is something you don’t really see in most restaurants in Singapore so that was really something special and you feel transported somewhere else. We were there for dinner service so it busy and not too quiet which is fine really because we were not seated near other tables. It was a special occasion and they seated us in a lovely booth which was really nice. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.We ordered a few dishes but the highlights were the Salmon Pillow (ordered this twice), Wafu Carbonara with Uni and Truffle Unagi. The Bonsai dessert was really pretty, and they made it extra special because it was a birthday dinner. It was a lovely touch!

Excellent overall experience. Delicious meal and accommodating staff. Just perfect recommendation for the cocktails! Special mention to Ace, Rosanna, Khong for their exemplary service - friendly and helpful. Will definitely suggest to my relatives and friends. 👍
