The facilities are quite new, the bedding is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet. The front desk can help call a taxi, but you'll need to pay the fare in cash. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel's location near the airport is perfect for travelers arriving in Tashkent late at night. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection is extensive, easily on par with a five-star hotel.

There isn't a subway station nearby; the closest one would be at the railway station, about a 30-minute walk. The rooms are quite spacious, and the hotel was fully booked on the day I checked in (even during the local off-peak season), indicating high occupancy. Among all the hotels I stayed at in Uzbekistan, this one had the most comfortable room temperature, and the bedding was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided detailed information. Luggage storage was also very convenient. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Marriott hotels are consistently reliable, so you don't have to worry about quality. This hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport. Uzbekistan's capital, Tashkent, is much more developed than I expected. The city is very clean, and the roads are wide, making it feel like a modern metropolis.

Overall, the hygiene and environment were pretty good, but the service was absolutely terrible. We stayed for a few days, and they basically never replaced any of the used disposable items. The conditioner was already empty when we arrived on the first day, but since it was late at night, we just wanted to rest and figured they might refill it the next day. However, it was still empty when we came back the second night! We reported it to the front desk staff on the morning of the third day, and they said they'd take care of it. Yet, it was still empty when we returned that evening! Unbelievable!!! We even contacted Ctrip, but their staff couldn't even get a hold of the hotel! Speechless. 😓
