Econo Lodge Cranston - Providence

This is a low price motel we used only because our furnace is bring replaced and we needed a warm place to sleep. Was a cold night and the door had cold sir blowing furiously under it into the room. I had to get one of the towels and tuck it under the door to stop it. Towels felt like sandpaper. Coffee maker a joke. It malfunctioned and spewed hot water all over the place. Did not like having to give a hundred dollar deposit. We are elderly and not likely to get drunk and rowdy.

The room was comfortable but the floors were very dirty and need to be washed.

The hotel is vey easyily accessible. It is situated right next to a a large shoppingcenter with various shops and restaurants. Plus, the city of Providence is only a 10 to 15 minute drive. Apart from that, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay, while visiting Providence, without breaking the bank.

Hotel is located within a 8~10 walking distance from cafe’s, groceries, and casual shopping; quite convenient. Enviromental is quiet, good surrounding neighbourhoods. Ideal for business and leisurely travel lodging. I would stay there again.

Its was ok. Just the smell of the room, even thou was a non-smoking room, smell was not comfortable , and the beds are littler too hard.. other than that was ok.

Room smelled like cigarettes, tub was disgusting, screen in window knocked out, towels had stainds

Parking is excellent, in a convenient location. Rooms are non-smoking, but there were smells of smoking.

Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. Upon going to dinner some one was checking into my room .She opened the door and I almost hurt her with the iron . Real sketchy place don't recommend at all . Not a family atmosphere at all.

No matter the time you arrived, staff is always here for your smooth check in. Rooms are super decent. Plaza right across having all sort of things to do.
