The service was incredible with all members of staff providing an excellent service. Stunning views and great food and amenities

The room did not meet my expectations considering the price. While the location and surroundings are pleasant, the room itself felt outdated and lacked the level of comfort and quality I expected for the amount paid. Some of the furnishings appeared worn, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. There were also a lot of bugs inside and around the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, bird droppings were visible in several areas near the room and were not cleaned promptly, giving the impression that maintenance was lacking. Basic amenities were also below the standard I anticipated for a resort in this price range. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and I don't feel the room offered good value for money. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping, pest control, and overall maintenance to better justify its rates.

I enjoyed the place, but the staff were a big NO. They were not hospitable and only smiled at, greeted, and warmly accommodated foreign guests. They often ignored Filipinos when we encountered them around the facility. As a Filipino, it was sad to experience what felt like discrimination from fellow Filipinos.

One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary hotel transfer service. It saved us so much time, and the staff even helped us with the check-in process, allowing us to skip the long queues and simply relax. Enjoying breakfast at the beachfront restaurant while feeling the cool sea breeze was truly one of the most memorable moments of our stay. The hotel uniforms were elegant, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and beautiful smiles, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to return.

Such a perfect place for relaxation and fun as is also a marine sanctuary. Our kids enjoyed the different marine species they saw in both low and high tide. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One incredible thing was they allowed us not to be downgraded to a family room (which was cheaper) situated at the back end of the resort because the room that we booked was only ideally for couples but there was no family room available and the kids really wanted to be in beach front.
