The hotel is quite old, the room facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. The breakfast is also average, but it's considered relatively good for this small town, especially since we came during peak season and all the rooms were full. After checking in, we found that one bed's bedding wasn't made. The receptionist came several times to get the bedding, and then we had to make the bed ourselves. There's nothing we could do since there's no housekeeping staff on duty at night.

Check in went well and guy at the desk was friendly. Bathroom was very dirty, ***** and grease in bathtub, bathtub drain stop broken. Toilet dirty. Bathroom light switch broken.

Great visit all around. Centrally located to the skiing resorts, lots to do in town, decent breakfast spread, clean room, and for a short stay, housekeeping came when unexpected!

Evening staff was was excellent. Good communication and offered up an excellent choice for our dinner restaurant. In our room the window had mold on it with the heater blowing that air around the room all night. I didn’t notice it until the am and was going to mention as we left but the person at the desk was busy talking to another guest and we had to run as we were late getting up.

The staff is always so helpful & nice, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This is my favorite place to stay in Lee!

Great location. We walked half mile to the downtown area. Cute shops and restaurants all around. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is dated but clean and safe.

Room was clean and comfortable; location was good with a breakfast restaurant next door. The in-house breakfast was OK, but we preferred an upgrade. Receptionist staff member was professional and pleasant.
