The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok

I used to stay at the Four Seasons in Bangkok, but this time I stayed here because the Four Seasons was fully booked. In terms of value for money, this place is better than the Four Seasons. The breakfast is extensive with many à la carte options, and you can even get Thai iced tea to go. I recommend the crab noodles, they're quite unique. This whole area is new, and there's a newly opened mall downstairs that isn't crowded. If you're okay with it, there's no need to go to Paragon. There's even a Patek Philippe boutique, which is great – everything is new, and I love new things. The hotel rooms are also very new, probably renovated only 1-2 years ago, and the facilities are modern. If you're checking in, don't book a park view room. There's a road below the park view rooms, and it gets incredibly noisy with the constant roar of tuk-tuks and motorbikes all night. You can make a note requesting a quiet room. I requested a quiet room before booking, and they gave me 2303, which was very quiet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The Ritz, as always, performed excellently. The hotel is very new, the pool wasn't crowded, and you get panoramic views of Bangkok. They even gave us two mini Leo beers! The staff also speak Chinese, so communication was seamless.

The decor, service, and facilities were all excellent and new. I felt the price was very reasonable for what was offered. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time because of this hotel.

I spent a holiday at the Ritz-Carlton with my family last March, and this time I chose the Ritz-Carlton again to create memories with just my daughter. As expected, the Ritz-Carlton never disappoints. The food, swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center were all excellent, and we had a wonderful holiday. Especially since it was just my daughter and me, it was a perfectly blissful vacation. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff who were incredibly welcoming from the moment we checked in. My sincere thanks to all the Ritz-Carlton staff at the pool, fitness center, and those who greeted us so warmly every time we passed by. I was particularly touched by the service of being offered a complimentary breakfast buffet because we had to wait 20 minutes for check-in. Once again, I thank you deeply and hope to convey my appreciation during our next visit. Truly the best hotel!

Great location, right next to the new mall with direct subway access. The park view from downstairs is beautiful. One Bangkok mall nearby is perfect for dining and relaxation.

This is a new hotel with an excellent location. It's right across from Lumpini Park, with the Australian Embassy to the right and a shopping mall to the left. The subway is also conveniently nearby.

Excellent service, well-equipped hotel facilities, and a wonderful environment. The surrounding area has everything you need, and there's even a Chinese-speaking manager to assist. I'll definitely be coming back often. Absolutely loved it, a perfect trip!

Room 9 was incredibly noisy; motorbikes were revving loudly in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Both the room and common areas were beautiful. After I reported the noise issue, the hotel kindly offered me complimentary breakfast, even though my room rate didn't include it. They also gave me an ashtray I was going to buy. However, I still had to endure two nights of noise. They did grant me a late checkout until 3 PM.
