The hotel's location is great, right across from Pavilion. The staff were very accommodating and arranged connecting rooms for us. The facilities are excellent, the bed is comfortable, and they even provide sleep-inducing essential oils. The hygiene is good, and the white tea scent is lovely.

The hotel's facilities are a bit old. The rooms feel basic compared to newer hotels of a similar type. However, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The location is superb, right opposite Convention Plaza. It would be great if the hardware facilities could be upgraded.

The front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. It was huge, split over two floors, with a kitchen and a gym – everything you could ask for. The views were fantastic, and the location was absolutely unbeatable. Downstairs was really lively, and it's right next door to Pavilion. Overall, a really great stay. The breakfast at the third-floor restaurant had a wide variety, and the fruit pie was delicious! 😋
