Hanoi le Jardin Hotel & Spa

I have stayed in many amazing hotels, but this is really up there in terms of service delivery!! Absolutely stunning hotel, great staff and an amazing spa!! My room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and every request was handled with so much care and acted on promptly. You can use the gym and pool at the sister hotel, but u did not get a chance to do this. My favourite thing was the hotel cafe - their tea based drinks are just wonderful! Breakfast was included, but I only attended once. I think it was sufficient but not my favourite hotel breakfast. Hotel is less than 10 minutes from Old Quarter.

Modern feels, the room is quite spacious, best thing is the bath tub and amenities. The entrance lobby smells perfect, however first time entering the room it smells like old wood. Staffs speak decent english and helpful.

Overall,os ok but, the guest upstair is very noisy. We try to contact reception but, they keep silent only few minute. Bad experience

Overall would say i had a pleasant stay as the location is not to far from old quarter and french quarter but also outside the noise and hustle of hanoi. The service was great , made sure everything was OK from beginning to end in my stay here the spa was a great experience had great massage and the fine dining experience was better than i expected ,also the cafe was really nice and drinks were prepared very well. Also to note the welcome voucher for spa foot massage was a great touch especially after a long day getting around.
