Hotel Thomas Bangkok

I stayed for two nights upon arrival in Bangkok. I took the ARL from the airport to the hotel, but it was quite a struggle to actually get to the hotel. (There's an issue with how the ARL and BTS are set up). It's a very stylish hotel, and I was really satisfied that I could relax in the bathtub. I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.

The hotel is new and smells fresh. The decor has a retro, vacation-like feel. It's super close to BTS Phaya Thai station, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a 7-Eleven right at the alley entrance, which is really convenient. PS: There's a 'leaf store' (******** shop) at the alley entrance – Chinese people should stay away!

Arrived in Bangkok on the first day, and since it was already evening, I didn't want to overexert myself, so I chose this hotel right next to Phaya Thai Station. It's about a 30-minute journey from Suvarnabhumi Airport, making it convenient for transportation and easy to find. Not bad overall. The only downside is that the hotel rooms are located above a railway line, so it can be a bit noisy at night!

Service: Excellent! The front desk, housekeeping, and bell staff were all very helpful and promptly assisted me with a few small requests. I'm very grateful to them. Cleanliness: Good. Facilities: Well, how to put it? It looks great for photos. As a 'designer' hotel, the rooms are a bit hard to judge in terms of practicality – to each their own, I guess. Ambiance: The hotel's public areas are all beautiful and perfect for taking photos. Transportation and other: It's a bit of a walk from the Airport Rail Link exit to the hotel entrance, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend a taxi. If you don't have much luggage, it's fine to walk. The transportation is very convenient; the BTS station is just outside the alley, and a popular cafe is right next to the Airport Rail Link elevator.

The location is a bit inconvenient, and it's a real struggle with luggage. There's basically no service.

Located right in the city center. The alley might be a bit narrow if you're driving yourself, but there's convenient parking available. The staff in every department provided excellent service. The bed was soft, and the room wasn't too small. Downstairs, there are plenty of seating areas for conversations, though some Chinese guests smoked a bit too heavily.

First off, the location was absolutely perfect! Phaya Thai station is only about 30 minutes from the airport (with no transfers!), and it's just 10 minutes to Siam, which most tourists visit at some point. I'm usually concerned about cleanliness when traveling abroad, but there were no complaints here. The bathroom facilities were spotless, and I was happy to be able to take a bath both nights. The room was also serviced, with water replenished and the bed made. However, the towels weren't changed, so please keep that in mind if you need fresh ones. I also used the luggage storage service both before check-in and after check-out. The easy access from the airport made it very convenient to use!
