I booked a premium double room, and Yuki at the front desk upgraded me to a twin room with an airport view. It was my birthday on the day I checked out, and in the evening, they even had the kitchen make an extra cake and send it to my room. It was huge, and the fruit on top was very fresh and sweet. There was a bit of a queue when checking in, so it seems business is very good. The hotel is very close to the terminal, especially T1.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, directly accessible on foot from the airport, making it the top choice for layovers or early morning flights. It saves you the hassle of commuting back and forth. The hotel facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a high quality of rest, even if you arrive late at night.

Lilian, a young lady, provided incredibly warm and professional service; she was very kind and helpful with printing documents. David Han was also very helpful, guiding us and assisting with our luggage. Their professionalism is commendable. The dining options on the second floor are also very convenient.

The facilities are complete, the location is excellent, and the environment is good. Even though it's near the airport, you can't hear any noise. I also experienced the sky garden; it was full of atmosphere and quite romantic. I was deeply touched by it. I chose to stay at this hotel because my departure time was in the morning.

Here's a small tip: make sure to get a room near the elevator. This hotel has very long hallways on each floor, and dragging luggage on the carpet can be incredibly tiring.
