the staff members are helpful but some cannot speak English well. my room safe is not working even the technician came but couldn't fix it. location is good. nearby MRT station.

Unhappy about arriving late at night to find the TV is not working. The visual is static. Also the AC was making very loud noises unlike other places I've visited. Hotel looks nice from the inside out but these things are expected when you're paying for a nice place

Floors are buckled and dirty in hallways and room. Bar on bed and shower. Disgusting. Should be priced at $20 per night and I still wouldn’t stay there.

The hotel is located in a good area. I booked it for a night. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The room itself is a good size, however the water heater was quite disappointing. i checked-in around 7pm and was planning to take a good shower but it didn't go as plan. The water was either too cold or boiling hot. At first, I thought maybe I didn't turn it correctly so adjusted it and waited again and again but the result was the same as I said above. I ended up having a hard time showering, apart from that it was good.
