Mystic River Hotel & Suites

This was a no smoking facility, but the hallway continually smelled like smoke. There were almost no outlets in the room. One of them was a code violation, the walls are also paper thin and so in the middle of the night you were listening to the TV next door.

The TV and the internet were issues for more than one room. Smell was musty. Bed was a metal frame with a hard mattress...an inflatable would have been more comfortable. Almost walked out, but was just too tired.

Staff manager was super rude and wouldn’t let the second adult check in AFTER I called on March 4th to add someone. The person on the phone said it was okay with no extra charge, took the second adults name and said we were all good. The day of check in, the second adult arrived the and the manager was being rude saying he wasn’t on the check in. Wanted to cancel and got no response.

The hotel is very very old and it smells terrible and very pricey for the service and no breakfast included i was not happy

The room was clean and pleasant. The exterior of the building looks precarious and the lobby isn’t the most inviting; very cold and dated. However, the staff was friendly. It was good a quick stay.

Not enough towels for 3 guests to shower and no staff to be found to get any.

broken tv, lack of towels, musty ac/heater unit. however, front desk staff was nice.

No locks on front door very litle light in parking lot my wife called the shining the movie but thank good not

Room was disgusting, there was mold and dirt all over the floor. The room smelled like must. We didn’t even stay the night because of how bad it was.
