Environment: The room had a fantastic 270-degree river view, with sights of Chaoyang Bridge and the Ferris wheel right from the window. Hygiene: The room was clean. Service: The front desk and staff were very polite. I had a small issue in the laundry room, and the staff resolved it promptly. 👍🏻👍🏻

I specifically came to Nanchang for a trip, and the hotel experience was excellent. The room was very clean, with no strange smells, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was great. The water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were patient and reasonable, and check-in was quick. The location is superb, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. There are many restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the room at night was excellent; I slept soundly until morning. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Nanchang.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The Orange Crystal Hotel at MixC Mall has an unbeatable location, right next to MixC, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was brand new and spotless, with smart devices that worked perfectly. The mattress was super comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick. Breakfast included authentic Nanchang mixed rice noodles. The environment was quiet, facilities were complete, and it was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Highly recommended, you won't regret staying here when you visit Nanchang!
