The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – I slept soundly all night. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were gentle and polite. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and a full range of amenities. The price was also very reasonable. I felt safe and comfortable staying here, and I'll definitely consider this hotel first for my next trip!

The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and there are many places to eat around, including some excellent local specialties. I will choose this hotel again for my next trip.

My stay here was absolutely terrible. For its price point, which is on the higher side locally, the overall service and facilities were completely subpar. The bath towels in the room had noticeable stains, looking very unhygienic and making me feel quite uncomfortable. The next morning, I was upsold a 50 RMB meal card by a staff member for breakfast. After using it and having breakfast, I experienced diarrhea and had to buy medicine to alleviate the discomfort myself. Upon checkout, we truthfully reported the issue with the stained towels and the food poisoning after breakfast to the front desk. The staff member's attitude was extremely perfunctory, acting as if they couldn't care less. They offered no reasonable explanation or solution and showed no apology whatsoever. I paid a high price only to get substandard hygiene, physical discomfort after dining, and no serious attention when reporting issues. Hygiene and service are the most basic bottom lines for any hotel, and this one completely failed. I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here; it's a real trap.

I chose this riverside hotel for my trip to Nanchang, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, even the corners were spotless. The staff were very friendly, making for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to MixC, convenient for subway travel, and not far from the Ferris wheel. From the higher floors, you can enjoy the night view of the Gan River. The amenities are excellent, with smart voice control, a thermostatic shower, a very comfortable mattress, and good soundproofing, allowing for a truly relaxing trip. Highly recommended. I also want to give a special shout-out to one of the hotel staff members. I unexpectedly got my period during my stay, and she kindly provided me with sanitary sleep shorts and brown sugar ginger tea. I'm very grateful to her.

We chose the 270° panoramic family room, and it was huge! My child was super excited the moment we walked in. The views of the Gan River and the Nanchang Eye were stunning. I think if you look closely, you might even be able to spot Tengwang Pavilion (though I'm not entirely sure). If I ever get the chance to visit Nanchang again, I'd definitely choose this place.
