Hyatt Place Portland Downtown - Old Port Square

Super clean hotel close walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Portland

Renovations were underway but did not disturb my visit at all. Excited to see the changes to an already amazing place to stay!

Major renovation of lobby is going on. Our air conditioning didn't work the first night we were there- maintenance had to come the next day so we lost a night of sleep,unfortunately. I am surprised at the low quality linens and pillows utilized. The pillows were shockingly bad- smaller than normal size and full of weird lumps. Yuck! All of that being said, the staff were very, very nice. The negative stuff happening was not their fault.

I have paid less at other big hotels and had a better breakfast experience. Here you grab what they have in the lobby and take it with you or to your room. No where to sit down.

Great location, courteous staff. Under renovations when we stayed however it didn't affect us at all. The double queen suite was great and spacious. The breakfast space was a little lackluster but didn't impact our stay at all. Would recommend

Great location! Clean hotel with nice views of the area. Nice rooms wee had a king bed with a pull out sofa. It’s great if you have children. We didn’t have the breakfast but many others did… it smelled good … we opted out for lobster rolls and oysters!!

It’s ok, construction going on in lobby. They didn’t mention that the self park was more expensive than valet.

Under renovation right now. No common area or functional lobby space. Staff was friendly and room was fine and clean enough. Main attraction is the central, walkable location.

Ideal location in the thick of Old Port. Walking distance to most of Portland Old Port main attractions. Staff are fantastic. They were very friendly and professional start to finish. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
