I mean … who can complain! No one! Perfect check-in, beautiful area. They care on everything. Even the small amenities you receive are beautiful: Water bottle; free cookies and chocolate; big Villa on water … wow! Dinner was a little … well! I waited 20 minutes (with me just 10 couples, 4 waiters) receiving the menu. No real recommendation given. Breakfast war at least a blast … even wow! I find it striking here again that the guest manager only speaks to selected people at breakfast and goes to the table. Not that I need that, but here too there seems to be a two-class society. All in all it’s a nice to visit, BUT: No many fishes around, no real marine life … you need a boat or a tour for everything! Keep that in mind! AND last but not least: It’s funny to see the young girl from reception hanging around on the main island after their shift and are REALLY drunk. You should also keep in mind that you are identified with your job everywhere. That doesn't fit with Interconti in this upscale segment. But of course I don't begrudge the girls their fun

The service was meticulous, and the tour guide and pick-up arrangements were very precise; the scenery was beautiful, with views of the lagoon and Mount Otemanu right outside the window; occasionally, you could see manta rays and small sharks under the water villas.
