I have traveled to over a dozen countries and dozens of cities, and this is the absolute worst hotel I have ever visited; if I could, I would give it a negative rating. The staff were all male; while a few had decent attitudes, the rest were incredibly boorish, rude, and insolent. From the moment I checked in, it felt like they used very aggressive language when interacting with guests. When I was heading out the next day, a bald staff member blocked the doorway and bluntly demanded to know if I had been making too much noise the previous night. I checked Google and found that this hotel has a long-standing issue with poor soundproofing, yet their solution is apparently to play the role of the police—confronting and interrogating guests. This bald employee showed signs of serious aggression; despite his poor English, he would aggressively ask guests, "Do you understand?" I have no idea where he found the audacity to act that way as a hotel employee. When I asked for an extra bottle of water, he even humiliated me. Honestly, people who travel abroad can certainly afford the cost; it’s just that I didn't want to go out and buy more after dark, yet this guy had the nerve to verbally abuse a guest for a full minute. I chose to take the high road and avoid direct confrontation with the staff during my stay, but I still feel compelled to warn everyone to steer clear of this place—staying here could ruin an entire trip. Furthermore, the bedsheets were never changed during my four-night stay, and the toilet seat was shockingly yellow and filthy. The kettle was too dirty to use, and the other facilities were not well-maintained either.
