The front desk staff, especially Xiao Liang, provided excellent service. We arrived at 11:00 AM, and she went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. Plus, the baby cot we requested over the phone was already set up in the room when we got there. Everyone, from the front desk to the greeters, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, was incredibly polite. Our baby was absolutely delighted!

I stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Sunac Water Park and Sunac Land, and I found it to be excellent value for money. Just look at the pictures – the rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is grand. Every detail exudes classical Lingnan charm. It's only a 10-minute walk to Sunac Water Park, and there's a shuttle service to Sunac Land, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'm very satisfied!

I chose this hotel for a business trip in Huadu. The area around the hotel has many small shops and amusement facilities, so it's quite lively. The hotel wasn't very full on a weekday, but the staff weren't very attentive. Seeing I was checking in alone, they didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to switch to a king-size bed. The room itself still had a damp smell.

Very satisfied 👍 I'll definitely stay here again if I have a layover in Guangzhou and time permits. Every staff member was wonderful, proactive and enthusiastic. The morning tea was delicious 😋 Highly recommend!

The staff were very attentive, and the room was spacious. It offers great value for money. For solo travelers, the location is excellent, making it super quick to get to Sunac Water World, Snow World, and Sunac Land!

Overall, whether it's the environment, the service, or the staff's professionalism, everything was impeccable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Spacious room with a large balcony, delicious breakfast, and excellent service! I'd definitely book again. If I ever go back to Huadu, I'll stay here. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhang was great, she even upgraded our room, hehe.
