Property Description

Hôtel FABRIC Paris draws on the industrial heritage of the Oberkampf district for both its architecture and its décor: brick walls, generous volumes, exposed columns and huge light-filled windows all bear witness to this past. Spread over 4 floors, Hôtel FABRIC offers comfortable rooms in a resolutely modern setting! The hotel features a full range of amenities: air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour concierge, fitness area and hammam, room service, dry cleaning, honesty bar and tea time in the lobby. Every morning, in the warm atmosphere of our lobby, start your day with a delicious, fresh breakfast buffet. On the menu: organic bread, artisan pastries, homemade scrambled eggs, bacon, seasonal raw vegetables, fresh fruit salad, a selection of French cheeses and charcuterie, cereals, muesli and freshly squeezed orange juice. The buffet caters to all diets and dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. As popular and cosmopolitan as ever, the Oberkampf district, just a stone's throw from the Marais, remains a favourite haunt of many artists and craftspeople. It has also become one of Paris's top dining destinations, particularly for bistronomy. Our reception team will be happy to recommend great spots in the neighbourhood. The whole team is committed to making your stay comfortable while respecting essential environmental practices. Hôtel FABRIC is officially certified with the Green Key (Clef Verte) eco-label.

The hotel was very clean, well located, and the staff were excellent. The hammam was a real bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very comfortable and we slept great—our room faced the inner courtyard, so there was no street noise at all. The street itself is one-way, so it's quite quiet anyway. The staff gave us a fantastic welcome and let us check in early, which was wonderful after a long flight. The room smelled lovely and was spotless, with daily housekeeping. Wishing the owners all the very best!

Great hotel in the oberkampf district of Paris. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient location with metro and bus stops within 3 minutes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet.

The room was on the ground floor with a courtyard view so there was very little light entering the room during the day. The smoke alarm went off from the steam in the shower in my room which was unexpected. Felt quite unsafe at night in this area of Paris.

Although the hotel room was small, it was spacious by Parisian standards. The room layout was reasonable and the facilities were complete. A double bed plus a sofa bed made it perfect for a family of three. It was raining that day, and the hotel kindly lent out umbrellas free of charge. The breakfast was also delicious.

Perfect location for going to cinemas and theatres. Quiet and clean hotel. A minor drawback regarding breakfast: a separation (a thick curtain, for example) from the reception area would be welcome. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Staff. Most were super nice. One got a bit snotty at us when we complained our room wasn’t cleaned by 1:30 after a very hot days outing that morning. They made up for it the next day though.

We found the Hotel Fabric to be excellent overall. The staff was great, the room was well appointed and clean and the amenities were superb. Located close to multiple metro stops, cafes, restaurants, and more. Will stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
