Great hotel in the oberkampf district of Paris. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient location with metro and bus stops within 3 minutes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet.

The room was on the ground floor with a courtyard view so there was very little light entering the room during the day. The smoke alarm went off from the steam in the shower in my room which was unexpected. Felt quite unsafe at night in this area of Paris.

Although the hotel room was small, it was spacious by Parisian standards. The room layout was reasonable and the facilities were complete. A double bed plus a sofa bed made it perfect for a family of three. It was raining that day, and the hotel kindly lent out umbrellas free of charge. The breakfast was also delicious.

Perfect location for going to cinemas and theatres. Quiet and clean hotel. A minor drawback regarding breakfast: a separation (a thick curtain, for example) from the reception area would be welcome. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

We found the Hotel Fabric to be excellent overall. The staff was great, the room was well appointed and clean and the amenities were superb. Located close to multiple metro stops, cafes, restaurants, and more. Will stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
