Banyan Tree Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore offers a truly immersive experience! The hotel blends seamlessly with the tropical rainforest, featuring sustainable green architecture. The software service was great, but the location is a bit far out, making it inconvenient if you have large luggage and don't take a taxi. The breakfast selection was extensive and plentiful. The evening environment is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Due to environmental protection, there's no air conditioning in the lobby and hallways, so it can be a bit humid and hot during summer.

Came to Mandai with the kids and visited 6 parks in three days. Banyan Tree is definitely the best hotel to stay at; the Zoo, Night Safari, and Explorer Centre are all within walking distance. We booked a family room, which was very spacious with comfortable beds – the kids loved it! The breakfast was also especially delicious.

Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the zoo; it's incredibly convenient. No need to worry about transportation, and dining options are fantastic – you're not stuck eating at the hotel. There's Sushi Express, Chinese restaurants, and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh nearby, all of which offer kids' meals.

Not bad at all! The entire resort is integrated beautifully with nature, and the ecology is excellent. At night, you can fall asleep to the sound of frogs croaking and insects chirping (if you're sensitive to sound, bring earplugs). Right outside the hotel, there's also a food alley. This is quite convenient for guests visiting the 5 parks, as you can easily pop back to rest for a bit before continuing your exploration.

The environment here is pretty good, and it's impressive that there are almost no mosquitoes given the surroundings. The rooftop garden is nice, but it gets really hot. The pool has a great view, but it gets a bit dirty when there are too many kids, and the service isn't very prompt. The breakfast area is also just okay.

The pool is too small, and breakfast is sparse. There's no direct subway access. Treehouses 2501 and 2502 offer the best views. It was great that I could get a refund for an early departure when I had to change my flight back home unexpectedly. I'll have to come back another time to enjoy the zoo hotel activities.
