More choice in dining area downstairs. Top floor area was very nice but could not dine without booking for evening dinner which was a drawback.

Great location but room was in poor condition. Water damage stains on bathroom ceiling . Wall paper peeling and baseboards were in bad shape. The AC unit was loud and the new filter indicator light was on.
The hotel charged us an additional $17.47/night "amenity fee". Nothing complementary coffee shop and roof top were pay for drinks & food.

This hotel is in a good location right across from Lincoln Park. However, the rooms need some attention - they are quite dated and run-down.

Overall the property was at a great location. But our room was small and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the tub wouldn’t drain properly when we showered. The hallways had a musty smell.

My son dropped something underneath the bed and it was so dusty, and his allergies were bothering him all night. The TV did not work upon us, turning it on, and when we looked behind the TV, it was covered in dust as well. I'm a DePaul parent and would never stay here again.

What started out as a disappointment, quickly turned into a great experience by the gentleman that checked us in. I had booked a queen bed (no doubles available for dates we were there) , but found a full size bed instead. They quickly upgraded us to a roomier jr suite room with a queen bed. My adult son and I were very comfortable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very friendly. My daughter had recently moved to Chicago in the Lincoln Park area, and this hotel was perfect to be able to walk to meet up with her. I plan on returning to Chicago many times, and Hotel Lincoln will be my choice. I had read the reviews prior to arriving, and I definitely only experienced a pleasant stay. Thank you Hotel Lincoln
