I stayed at Egerton with my wife for 3 nights in late August . I arrived with luggage, and unfortunately, there was nobody who came outside to assist me . This wasn’t the best first experience. Furthermore, although the rooms are very clean , they are extremely small , so are the bathrooms .

I love this small but exquisite hotel. With few guests, the butler service was incredibly attentive, catering to the needs of every guest and making me feel truly valued. The hotel breakfast was just average, but there are plenty of cafes nearby, offering great alternatives just steps away. The location is excellent, convenient for shopping, and the surrounding area is quiet and safe, making evening walks very peaceful.

The location is great, very close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the food is exquisite, and the service is 👌. The handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk were very warm and thoughtful during my stay

The service is very good. The hotel has a membership card for the Victoria and Albert Museum that can be used. When we arrived at the exhibition, the tickets for the Chanel exhibition were sold out. With the membership card, you can enter, eat and shop at a discount.
