The sparrow was an amazing place to stay, there is a unique common area to play games or get work done in and also it is attached to a cool coffee shop. Ayla was absolutely incredible. Giving that it is downtown I was unfortunately woken up a couple times early in the morning due to a car alarm going off, but that was more so just what you get being downtown and not reflecting of the hotel itself which was wonderful. Hope to stay there again my next time in Boise.

The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great.

Room was clean. Amenities were good for a 1 night stay. Bed was too soft for my liking, but everyone is different. Personal patio space was nice

This was the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. I think the owner and her son work the front desk. They are hands in and care about their customers.

Jordan and Jodi are amazing, they both have a tremendous amount of knowledge about Boise that was so helpful in our travels. We will definitely recommend the Sparrow because of those two individuals. I will say parking was a bit challenging, other than that the Area was perfect for walking around . I would definitely recommend staying.

Parking easy just surprised there was extra charge. Bathroom sink is cute but not deep enough to actually fill anything but a small cup of water
