Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport

Our stay with the kids was fantastic! A big thanks to Ken for the thoughtful room arrangement – kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes were all provided. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to stroll around with the little ones. The staff were incredibly patient with children, and our kids didn't want to leave. Our whole family was very satisfied, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!

Staying at the Hilton Hongqiao International Airport with kids during a layover was perfect. It's directly connected to Terminal 1, so you don't get wet walking indoors, and the panoramic pool on the 9th floor was a hit with the children. A special thanks to Anthony from concierge; he helped us with our luggage right from the car to the front desk. Later, he clearly explained routes to Qibao and the zoo, arranged taxis, and handled luggage storage, all with incredible patience. Compared to dragging luggage around a transport hub myself, this kind of concierge service really made the trip so much more pleasant.

The hotel experience was great, and Ken was incredibly warm and attentive. The pool was clean and beautiful, perfect for both swimming and photos. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, with fresh desserts and fruits. We had a comfortable stay and will definitely come again!

The most comforting part of my stay was the service from Honey and Kaitlyn at the front desk; it made the whole experience feel incredibly warm and healing. Even though there was a long line when I arrived to check in, the front desk staff managed everything efficiently and methodically without any hint of neglect. They were gentle and patient, spoke softly, and proactively informed me about hotel facilities, breakfast times, elevator locations, and check-in procedures. Their explanations were detailed and clear, which felt very thoughtful. The check-in process itself was incredibly fast, with professional and skilled handling that saved a lot of waiting time. Later, I asked about travel routes and nearby amenities, and the front desk patiently answered all my questions, always maintaining an enthusiastic and polite attitude. There was no perfunctoriness or coldness throughout; the service was exceptionally warm. Overall, the service experience was a huge plus, and the front desk service was the highlight of my stay—professional, attentive, and well-trained, making me feel secure and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely choose this hotel first for future business trips or vacations!

This hotel is fantastic for families with kids! My little one was entertained from evening till morning. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with children. The price is also very reasonable, much better than hotels in the bustling areas.

Excellent hotel, perfect for travelers who need to stay a night before an early flight. There's a direct access tunnel to the international departure area. My only issue was with the bathroom: it has two sliding doors, but one doesn't close all the way, leaving a ten-centimeter gap! Quite awkward! Also, the fridge was completely empty, just for show? You can order takeout, but there's no robot delivery; they should really keep up with the times! Keep it up!

She handled check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally, was incredibly patient and attentive to guests, and had a very friendly service attitude. She was adept at managing various guest requests and could fluently assist international guests. Her work was diligent and responsible, and her communication was excellent, truly reflecting Hilton's service standards. She left a wonderful impression on me and deserves high praise!👍

The hotel is beautiful and Daniel, the waiter, provided excellent service. He promptly answered all my questions and was very professional. The room was also clean. This Hilton is a great choice when visiting Shanghai.
