Everything is good like clean room, good service , i enjoy the variety of food during breakfast.. will come again with family

It was a pleasant stay and perfect for family short staycation. The resort has almost everything that can kill the kids time whole day here - pool and kids club. Morning breakfast have variety choice and its taste good too. Overall its good and will come back again.

Service was excellent. Within 30 minutes of entering the room, staff checked to see if the room was alright. In addition, they also brought our bags up to the room without us asking. The room was also super clean, there were no stains. However, the pool area is a little dirty as the stairs have mould on them. Buffet spread was excellent, there were many different options to choose from. Overall a great stay, would come back again when visiting kuantan.

This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming.

The serenity, and the view… near access to beach, just a few minutes walk. In fact the services and hospitality of the reception is top notch! Excellent service!

The only thing i enjoyed bout my stay was the hotel near to the beach..other than that could be improved..i need to take off my shoes if i wanna use the gym..like seriously? The sauna need to revamp..the wood bench in there almost broken already..breakfast spread not really variety but okay la not so bad

I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the stylish lobby decor, and the receptionist staff was very polite and friendly. The kids club is wonderful, we played PlayStation and did some coloring. There's a gym nearby, and the toilet at the kids club is spotless. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, and my children loved everything about it. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. ❤

A wonderful beach resort that is ideal for families with children. We had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of facilities available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a generous selection of high-quality options. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience!
