ELONG Hotel Jakarta PIK

I still have some feedback to say for the hotel's improvement, but I want to give the full 5 stars anyway to tell them that they have the potential. First of all, the location and the interior of the room were great! I booked the De Luxe but we were upgraded to a much bigger one. The room is really a 4-star hotel! On the other hand, I can see that after a year of operation, facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. They have continuous renovations but I don't think everybody is doing their best to clean or maintain the cleanliness (especially the toilet) and to assist the guests. When you request something, it will take a long time before they deliver even if they already have the robot (which is actually amazing). The bathroom is fantastic but I see that they can still improve on cleaning to remove the stains in corners and toilet bowl. These are important simple things I believe to maintain the aesthetic of your hotel. They have a space for Work or meetings and the laundry room and gym are just so amazing. Don't get me wrong, despite my negative comments, I have to say that Elong hotel is a great hotel in PIK (worth the price). I will definitely book again, why not? More power to you, Elong hotel!

I recently stayed at Elong PIK and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is in an excellent location — right in the heart of PIK with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and dining options just a short walk away. This made it super convenient for meals and evening outings. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the facilities were well-maintained. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable base in the PIK area. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement: •  Mosquitoes in the room: Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes, which was a bit annoying at night. A stronger pest control measure or better window screening would make a big difference. •  Breakfast: The breakfast spread was decent but lacked variety. It would be great to see more options, especially for guests staying multiple nights. •  Coffee machine: The coffee machine at the cafe is not very user-friendly and seemed to break down frequently. It would be helpful if it’s either replaced or staff are trained to handle it better. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Elong PIK for its great location and overall comfort. With a few small upgrades, it could easily be a 5-star stay. Would stay again!

Nice hotel and big room very closed with Angke chinese restaurant Clean and new rooms

Had a pleasant stay at Elong Hotel during my recent trip to Jakarta. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service from the staff was good and they were helpful throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the robot delivery service, such a cool and fun experience. Breakfast was decent, although the variety of selections could be improved a little more. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, and I would consider coming back again in the future.

It was very new hotel that just opened last year, me and my family wanted to try staying in the hotel. The room itself was very spacious compared to many hotels in the area and they have smart TV as well with Netflix, however you do need to loin to your own account. There was hot water in the shower and the soap and shampoo feels premium. The hairdryer was also very strong unlike other hotels. Will definitely be back again next time!

Very good hotel good food good stafff and near tourism area. Also match for familly trip and kids friendly. Hopefully can back again to this hotel
