Altira Macau

Excellent hotel. Every day we had complimentary fruit, water, and soft drinks. Guests also get free access to the pool and fitness center. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon check-in. We liked the location, as there were bus stops nearby going to all parts of the city. We often used the 26A bus, which goes around the island and also to Senado Square.

Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!

This is one of my favorite hotels in Macau. It's so relaxing, the views are beautiful, and the environment is clean. This is my fourth visit this year! Plus, they have a huge bathtub perfect for unwinding and washing away fatigue.

Hotel Altira Macau is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Macau! The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfectly clean and tidy. Every room faces the sea, offering fantastic views of Macau's landmark, the Macau Tower! The front desk staff are very friendly and provide excellent service; they really take care of guests' needs. The breakfast experience was also wonderful! After ordering, it's delivered directly to your room, beautifully presented – a real feast for the eyes! I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance. 👍👍👍

The view was so beautiful and lovely. If I come back to Macau, I'll definitely stay at Altira Hotel again. There's a convenience store nearby and everything you need, which makes it super convenient!

The duvet cover and sheets were very clean, and the room was quite spacious. We booked a double bed, and the mattress wasn't too soft or saggy, so we slept very comfortably. The hotel service was excellent, and the twin beds were very spacious. The in-room drinks were complimentary, and the gym was fantastic. The staff's attitude was also very good. The swimming pool was great too. The only downside was the lack of a direct, free shuttle from Hengqin Port to the hotel. It would be great if they could run dozens of shuttles a day. During the summer holiday, waiting for a bus at the port is very inconvenient.
