The location was great for walking around, and the staff were friendly. However, only hot water came out of the sink, no cold water at all. There was a red stain on the bed duvet, I couldn't tell if it was blood or makeup. For breakfast, there wasn't much to eat besides eggs and fruit.

The hotel was quite clean, and the staff were friendly.
However, I didn't like the breakfast; personally, I found it not tasty at all, even though I'm not a picky eater. We didn't eat much beyond watermelon and toast.
The pizza we ordered also wasn't great. Instead of meat, it had sausages for some reason.
And to top it all off, we had a cockroach visit our room, which was an unpleasant surprise! 😎

I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel than this one. 1. After checking in, they gave me a room type that wasn't what I booked. After confirming, they admitted it was a mistake and switched me to a balcony room on the corner. The 'balcony' faced a fire hydra and was right next to the elevator. 2. After checking into the 'balcony room,' I noticed a strong formaldehyde smell in the bathroom. 3. From check-in to switching rooms, no staff member ever informed me about breakfast times or location. The next morning, I called the front desk to ask for the location, then went down for breakfast. Halfway through, I wanted a boiled egg, but was told that breakfast ended at 10 AM (it was 10:05 AM when I asked for the egg) and they wouldn't make one. I then complained to the hotel manager, asking why breakfast times weren't clearly written down. Can you guarantee that all staff will inform guests upon check-in just by word of mouth? In short, one word to describe this hotel: terrible!

I had a great stay at Ohana, Great location so it’s far enough away from the chaos of central Kuta. It has a great restaurant with a good selection of food at very reasonable prices. It has a great pool and the rooms are a good size.

I am very disappointed that the swimming pool is under maintenance and there is no information when I make a booking. I have to pay the extra to relax at the pool in another hotel.
