Although the room size was relatively compact, which is common in Singapore, it was equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy each day.

The Singapore trip was awesome but the Hotel Boss Rooms are quite small but the hotel is awesome & restaurants & malls are near. Location is good hotel also very good rooms are clean. Overall Experience was Awesome.

The receptionist at Hotel Boss , Andrew , was very friendly and made our first experience at the hotel smooth and comfortable. His excellent service made everything easy for us. He explained all the details clearly and thoroughly. He is a kind and professional staff member, and we truly appreciate his helpful assistance.

Super convenient location to Kampong Gelam. Didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but there is a convenience store downstairs for snacks and food options. Was a bit disappointed that the balcony we paid for didn’t have a view of the city. Half of the rooms are facing inwards, so no view at all. Decent views from 4th floor where pool and restaurant are located.

I would like to commend Amin from Hotel Boss for his excellent service. He was very accommodating, kind, and professional throughout our stay. He made us feel welcome and assisted us with a positive attitude.

Best hotel in SG for families! Lots of good food nearby and their facilities on 4th floor are amazing! We checked in with Andrew. He with his manager Jeremy permission, they upgrade our room since we bring our toddler and allow us to have a late check out. Would recommend this to anyone with small kids.
