Gold Star Inn & Suites

The staff at the Gold Star Inn was very polite and professional. The room was a bit dated but it's cleanliness and quietness made up for it. I stayed 2 nights and will be returning in November for another business trip.

This place is clean, quiet, and gets the job done if you need a place to stay, but it is outdated and a bit dingy in spots so don’t come for the ambience.

Stayed there for a night, lights in the bedroom didn’t work. There was no AC in the living room, vending machine to get water wasn’t working. There was no coffee machines in the entire property. When we reached out to staff for some of these things, they didn’t even care to help us. Will not be coming back ever, the only good thing is rates are lower but that is at the cost of not having some basic amenities.

Price was great and room was big. Previous repairs to room were very sloppy . . Holes in the walls . . . Bathroom door didn't latch, etc.

Property could use some updating and a fresh coat of paint. Brighter hall lighting to make it more inviting. Slept well and safe area.

The outside is a little worn - but the room was clean and spacious. It was a bit off the main area but still 5 to 10 minutes from the highway either direction. The price was a lot lower than other properties closer to the interstate.

Rooms smelled of smoke; iron given out at request, but no board in room. Comfortable bed. No coffee in lobby or in room, but room has a microwave and sink.

No hair dryer in the room. One bottle of shampoo/conditioner, one small bar of soap, a single hand & body towel. Cigarette burns in the blankets. Beds were the worst we had ever slept on. Windows were able to open but not close because they were broken.

Always enjoy staying . Everything was very good. Looking forward to our next stay
