The hotel is in a good location in St Germain. It is close to many amenities and famous cafes, churches and shops. All are within walking distance. The rooms are, by Parisan standards, generous in size and extremely well appointed. The windiws are double glazed and well sound insulated so once you are in your room it is like an oasis of peace and silence. Everything is spotlessly clean and a bowl of fresh fruit awaits you on your arrival. All nice, professional touches. The biggest asset this hotel has is it's staff. Every single one of them were friendly, keen to help and were a genuinely five star rated team. Nothing was too much trouble. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my wallet stolen in Paris despite taking extra precautions. One of the staff - Olivier - who should be mentioned for going above and beyond the call of duty, saw I was upset by the whole experience and he personally went and bought me an expensive box of French Macarons to cheer me up! Such kindness is deserving of respect and to be mentioned. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Paris.

Great location. Right in the center of Saint-Germain. Very stylish hotel, comfortable bed. The only downside was that the room wasn't ready until 3:00 PM; we couldn't check in before check-in. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.

I booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave me a loft. The head of my bed faced the bathroom door, and no matter how much I tried to communicate, they refused to acknowledge the discrepancy. This completely dampened my impression of the French. Ctrip's customer service was incredibly helpful and constantly helped me get my rights. This hotel is in a great location, in the 6th arrondissement, safe and quiet. I recommend booking a basic room type. Across from the hotel is a popular macaron bakery in Paris. Perhaps because it's a bit out of the way, there wasn't a long line. We had breakfast there every day during our stay.
