The room size is not small by international standards. It's very close to Michigan Avenue, and shopping, Millennium Park, and museums are all within easy reach. I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The service was also very nice. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it.

The front desk service is very good But the efficiency of valet parking needs to be improved. It took about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. The rooftop bar is not open in winter. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

設施：我一開始以為我來錯了酒店，再三確認發現是正確的…可能是對美國的五星期待太高吧。健身房中規中矩，泳池相當擁擠…建議還是步行10分鐘去Lake Michigan玩水。每層有免費的飲水機，不用喝自來水變**了。 衞生：每天都有打掃，但是被單不給換…這個不太好，沙發上的污漬也沒清理（進來就有污漬） 環境：裝潢上色彩比較豐富，大堂裝飾讓人感覺很暖。酒店離Lincoln Park Zoo（20分鐘）, Navy Pier（17分鐘） , 最大辛巴克烘培工坊（15分鐘）、購物街（13分鐘）都不遠，樓下就是很出名的一家芝加哥深盤披薩（Deep Dish），很推薦哦。 服務：服務人員相對比較熱情，主動打招呼、拎包，前台還幫忙免費兑換了小額美金。

Location is nice and decor is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Great coffee maker! Our room did not feel clean- hair in the sink and dried up contact lenses on the glass night table! They do not put robes in the room- there is fine print I saw the second day that you can request them and extra towels! I wish I had been made aware of this.

The hotel was very nice - the valet to park my car cost me $100 for one night which is quite a bit excessive.
