The hygiene was good, but there weren't enough showers and toilets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of activities at the downstairs bar. The beds were clean and tidy, and there was plenty of space to move around freely.

Positive: Room was nice. It was spacious and very clean. location was good, you can find lots of affordable restaurants around hotel. The staff was friendly. They are really helpful. Negative: Unfortunately we needed to use earplugs as there was a party at the ground floor. (If you like part, then ignore this) Overall breakfast was good, but there could be egg, and some vegetables. (Still croissant and coffee were nice) Also if you take shower in private bathroom, then you have water in all bathroom. There should be better solution then curtain to block water.

Location’s fine. Reception staff were accomodating. However, the cleaning staff was a bit rude. Room was ok. A bit messy but i slept fine. Toilet and showers needs to be maintained. Overall, i had a decent stay.

As a solo traveler, being close to the metro is a great advantage, but it is a pity that almost everything in the hotel is charged extra. I was pleased with the location and communication with the customer.
