Location’s fine. Reception staff were accomodating. However, the cleaning staff was a bit rude. Room was ok. A bit messy but i slept fine. Toilet and showers needs to be maintained. Overall, i had a decent stay.

I wasn't expecting that you don't provide bath towel for free. But aside from that, services were excellent. Staffs are accomodating and helpful.

As a solo traveler, being close to the metro is a great advantage, but it is a pity that almost everything in the hotel is charged extra. I was pleased with the location and communication with the customer.

The aircon kept turning on even when I want to turn them off. They force you to pay a tax fee for 2 people even if I was alone.

I would say, overall it was not bad , still i won’t rate it 5/5 because for price which I paid it was not worth it,
I would appreciate their hospitality and friendliness of the staffs same time there is only one washroom for the number of people and it’s not that great location. I worked rate 3.5 / 5
