Amari Pattaya

The rooms and living areas at Amari Suites are really great and offer excellent value for money. The exclusive breakfast restaurant is also fantastic. The surrounding area has convenient amenities, with a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of massage shops. It's a wonderful hotel.

Good hotel, good room cleaning, great location, everything was super. We didn't go for breakfast because we love to sleep in! When booking, our requests were taken into account: a high floor with a pool view. Cons: There was only one chair on the balcony; a second one would have been nice, especially since it's a family room and hotel. The hair dryers in the rooms need updating; they're quite old and take a long time to dry hair. I didn't have the patience for my long hair. There was also a problem with the outlets. One near the bed even sparked when a plug was inserted, so we didn't use it. We didn't bother changing rooms, as it seemed like too much hassle. Overall, we'd like to return here.

Quick and easy check-in, a great breakfast with a large selection, a beautiful pool area, and a fantastic kids' club. Unfortunately, our first room had a musty smell, but changing rooms was no problem, and the new room was top-notch. Some areas could use a little refresh as wear and tear are visible. Overall, a nice stay!

The room was a bit old and there were no chairs inside, which was a bit inconvenient! The swimming pool was great though, big enough and had some slides.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of 4 – two adults and two sons. We paid extra for an additional bed, which worked out perfectly as everyone had their own sleeping space. We chose a room with a pool view, and it already had a large bed and a sofa. The sofa was big enough to comfortably accommodate an adult. We did have to pay an additional fee to be placed above the 5th floor, and we ended up on the 17th floor.

Great location and an excellent kids' area. The rooms were a bit dirty and dusty, needing a deep clean, and the furniture was old. The room was spacious, and the breakfasts were fantastic! Despite the downsides, we would still come back.

Stayed in a Club Suite two-bedroom apartment, perfect for two families. Each room has its own bathroom. One room has a king-size bed, and the other has two single beds. No extra beds can be added. Splitting the cost between two families makes it very good value for money. The pool area has several sections, which are great for kids.

The location is close to 21 Mall. You can take a shuttle bus to the intersection, but then you'll need to walk for about 15 minutes. If you're coming back late at night, you'll need to take a taxi or call for a ride. The toilet and shower areas had a lot of grime, and the cleanliness was just average. Housekeeping placed our pajamas on the phone, which shows extremely poor hygiene awareness 👎🏻. As for breakfast, too many Indian-style dishes were added, which was quite disappointing. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects.

This time, I chose a room with bunk beds and a large bed, which can sleep four people. The bunk beds were comfortable enough for adults, though the pillows were a bit too soft. Everything else was great, the breakfast had a good variety, and the kids absolutely loved the waterslide.
