Baihe Wharf Inn

The room was smaller then we expected but the hotel was great nonetheless, the staff was very kind amd helpful and the hotel location amd view out of the window was wonderful.

I had the absolute best stay at Baihe Wharf Inn! Zhang Li was so lovely and helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel itself is a stunning old traditional wooden building, excellent vibe, wonderful smell of incense around - don't forget to take a look at the communal space on the top floor! The room itself was huge and very clean, and the balcony had the most incredible view overlooking the town and the river. I spent a lot of time taking in the view and wishing that I was staying there for longer. The location is amazing, the service was amazing, I had a complimentary pick-up from Furongzhen station, and I even got a wonderful free gift of tea in a beautiful porcelain pot upon departure! The breakfast was fairly limited, but other than that I honestly can't fault it and would book it again in a heartbeat! I have uploaded a bunch of photos with my review that hopefully capture how magical a place it is. Thank you Zhang Li and thank you Baihe Wharf Inn!

The place is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Furong and is lovely both inside and out. Our room was very comfortable and had an amazing view. But the biggest highlight was definitely the staff. They were extremely helpful, attentive and kind throughout our stay. They organized our pickup, tickets for the ancient town and our drop off, which made everything so easy for us. Breakfast was also delicious. Everything tasted homemade and was honestly better than what we’ve had in some well known chain hotels. We totally recommend this place. Thank you so much for making our stay in Furong so enjoyable!

Beautiful old building set directly on the river frount, magical view of the bridge directly from our balcony, we very much loved the small touches like the tea ceremony set on the balcony that made our stay here even more enjoyable. Charming and I keeping with the village best hotel in the city! And a lovely beakfast and transport to the train station to boot. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had such a wonderful stay at Baihe Wharf Inn in Furong Ancient Town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is absolutely incredible, right overlooking the river with spectacular views. Waking up and looking out at the scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in the family suite, which was perfect for us as it had two separate bedrooms and plenty of space for the family. The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. What really stood out was the service. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. The combination of the beautiful location, amazing views, cleanliness and wonderful hospitality made this such a memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend Baihe Wharf Inn to anyone visiting Furong Ancient Town.

Can’t say enough how much we loved our stay here at Baihe Wharf Inn! We are seasoned travelers, now with a toddler in tow, and have been in several stops in our china trip so far and this has been our favorite. Totally go for the top floor, it is awesome. The location is superb, right on the river next to the bridge and waterfall. The staff are amazing. amazing. They arranged a super easy pickup from the train station, and arranged our tickets to the scenic area. Very responsive to messages before we arrived to make sure things were smooth. And a huge bonus was the breakfast - we did not realize we got it, but def recommend. Good selection but even better view while you eat. If we make it back here, would totally stay again, and we wish we could’ve stayed longer this time. Thank you baihe wharf inn for such a fantastic experience!

I enjoyed my short stay at Baihe Wharf Inn, and I’m particularly grateful to the staff that were extra attentive and helpful! Someone came to pick us up from Furong train station at our arrival, helped us with our luggage and once checked-in, gave us many recommendations of things to do/viewpoints in Furong. They always answered really quickly to our questions. In the morning, we had some breakfast which was very good and filling. Super friendly staff and very helpful in arranging for Rail station pickup and dropoff. U ique decor and a great place to stay just by the river and close to all of the street performances.
