The Chill Resort & Spa Koh Chang

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. It's a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and the hotel even provides kayaks for guests to use. Kayaking on the sea at sunset was so peaceful and relaxing. All in all, everything was great!

All the staff at this hotel were incredibly warm and attentive, especially with children. The rooms, though not huge, were spotless, and the pool at sunset was absolutely stunning.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel facilities and amenities were excellent, and above all, the hospitality of the staff was superb.

The hotel staff were very helpful; the front desk staff, doormen, and restaurant servers were all very friendly and attentive. However, the decor and facilities really didn't justify the price. We booked for 1090 yuan per night, which is almost equivalent to two nights in Ding Suo, so the value for money was really low. The sunset was beautiful, but you can see it from the neighboring AWA hotel, and there's a performance there in the evening that you can hear at The Chil, and it's even cheaper there. So I really don't understand this hotel's pricing. Breakfast is à la carte; you just tell the staff what you want to eat.
