great experience for families highly recommend try this hotel

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean. it’s close to downtown as well making it very convenient and easily accessible to restaurants & malls.

Good location, great room, bed was not comfortable for me.  Great service and was able to leave luggage after checking out which was helpful

Amazing location and service,however amenities are terrible and wifi is not functional.Need to call recep for nth time just to fix. No one will assist you when you do early check out.

Good it’s near in the city and all the staff is approachable

The hotel overall was great, and we truly appreciated how approachable and friendly the staff were—excellent service throughout our stay. However, the amenities could use some improvement. For a king-size bed, having four pillows would be more comfortable, and additional towels would be a nice touch as well. Small upgrades like these would really elevate the guest experience. Location is very convenient also, close to resto and boulevard.

Uses a Blanket that is  very thin. Unlike for hotel uses comforters. The aircon is outdated. Not cooling.
