The hotel is in a fantastic location—an oasis of calm amidst the bustling city. The decor is very tasteful and instantly puts you at ease. The butler service was incredibly attentive, and the bedding, especially the goose down pillows, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommended!

The service was exceptionally good! The free laundry service was a standout feature – a real lifesaver for a family of three traveling. They washed and dried all our clothes, even separating darks from lights, and they came back smelling lovely. It's also amazing to find such a peaceful oasis right in the middle of a bustling area. The bedding was super comfortable too.

I came to this hotel after hiking. The hotel's design is very good. Entering the hotel is very relaxing. Beautiful things really make people relax. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room. I will choose this hotel again next time if I have the chance.

I particularly loved the side of the courtyard, filled with the delightful scents of summer. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, patiently resolving any issues and providing exceptional service. On the day of our arrival, the concierge even helped us book a table at a popular网红 restaurant, which was a seamless transition after dropping off our luggage – truly perfect.

The location is convenient, with a shuttle bus to nearby attractions. The staff (ladies) were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The toiletries smelled great, and the hotel robes were also very comfortable. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all abundant and varied.

Staying at Yijian 6500 in Changsha, I was really impressed by their butler service. The butler was attentive and thoughtful, always responsive to any questions I had. It's a quiet and healing oasis in the bustling city, and I felt very secure during my stay.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and its unique and novel style immediately caught my attention. The butler called beforehand to confirm my arrival time, and then contacted me 5 minutes prior to pick me up at the scenic area entrance. The young lady, despite being petite, meticulously helped us with our luggage, which made me feel a bit embarrassed! After checking in, the butler carefully explained the room facilities, and before we went out, she even recommended some fun places to visit nearby. Changsha cuisine tends to be quite spicy, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a late-night snack in our room – a delicious and healthy chicken soup with five-finger peach root, which is great for the stomach. Breakfast on the second day was also delivered to our room. They thoughtfully confirmed the delivery time with us, and it arrived promptly at 7:30 AM. The young lady who delivered the food even had light makeup on; the attention to detail was exceptional, truly showing respect for the guests. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic ❤️
